Set up: Facing towards wall, place fitball at chest height. Index fingers and thumbs make a diamond shape, hands flat against the ball with elbows slightly turned out. Walk feet away from the wall slightly so you are leaning into the ball.
Set your core. Lower your body towards the ball, elbows facing to the sides of the room. Push into the ball as you return to starting position. Ensure you are maintaining good posture, shoulders down and back.
